About Antaskly
Antaskly is a platform that connects customers with vetted partners for home services in Ho Chi Minh City — A/C and appliance servicing, cleaning, installation, and more services rolling out over time.
Accounts
- Sign-in uses your phone number and an OTP code. You’re responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
Bookings & pricing
- The total service price is shown before you confirm the booking.
- If a job needs more time or extra work, the partner sends an adjustment request in-app; added cost applies only after you approve it.
Cancellation
You can cancel a booking before the job starts, from the booking’s detail screen. Repeated abusive cancellations may lead to account limits.
Payments
- Payment is currently cash, paid directly to your partner when the job is complete. The app records the payment status.
- MoMo, ZaloPay and cards are coming; those transactions will be processed by licensed payment providers.
- Tips are voluntary; Antaskly never takes a commission on tips.
Antaskly Points
- You earn points on completed bookings, reviews and referrals.
- Points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings, up to half of a booking’s price; points have no cash value.
- We may adjust the program with notice; points fraud leads to forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
Conduct
- Treat each other with respect; no harassment, discrimination or unlawful behavior.
- Don’t take transactions off-platform to avoid service fees — Antaskly cannot verify or assist with transactions carried out off-platform.
Reporting problems
If something goes wrong with a job (damage, loss, quality), file a report in the app within 7 days of completion — reporting early helps preserve evidence and does not limit your statutory rights to complain, claim compensation or take legal action. We’ll review and help resolve it in good faith.
Liability
Partners perform the work and are responsible for its quality. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Antaskly’s liability for a booking is limited to the value of that booking; this cap does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
